Raise The Barre is a place where children can be themselves and express their passion for dance whilst making friends and having fun! Supporting students to master their Ballet technique is the most rewarding job in the world”

Miss Amber has danced since the age of 7 and ever since her first ballet lesson she fell in love with the art of dance. Miss Amber throughout her dancing years has competed in competitions, preformed in recitals and completed high levels of Ballet Examinations.

Pursuing her passion for dance, at the age of 16 Miss Amber begun her dance teaching career as a dance teacher assistant at a dance academy. During high school she was accepted into the Dance Program. After graduating she began teaching her own classes and has been teaching dance full time since the age of 18.

Miss Amber has studied with the Royal Academy of Dance and Transit Dance Training Institution in Melbourne. Miss Amber’s Qualifications are listed below:

• ATAR Dance
• Certificate 4 in Dance Teaching and Management
• Royal Academy of Dance Teacher Training Course

Miss Amber is a natural born teacher and understands how to provide a powerful and nurturing learning environment. Her passion for teaching is equal to her passion for dance and it shows in her highly positive and bubbly manner. She has the ability to communicate lessons in a way that makes them easily understood as well as making then fun and engaging. Miss Amber is patient, dedicated to her students and professional. With a focus on ensuring each of her students enjoy their class and meeting their individual needs Miss Amber still maintains a precise Ballet curriculum. She has a keen eye for Ballet technique and is specifically focused on technique as she strives to teach her students to achieve their best.
